For Professionals

Unfortunately, as a result of a significant increase in demand on the service, we are currently not accepting any new referrals. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We will be reviewing this decision on a regular basis so please keep visiting the website for updates.

In the meantime, self-referrals are still being accepted. If a victim-survivor requires support, please encourage them to ring our 24-hour Helpline (0113 246 0401) or attend one of our Drop In sessions in Leeds city centre (please contact the Helpline for details of when/where these will be taking place).

If we have space within our refuge, we are also still taking referrals. Again please contact our helpline to find out if we have any refuge space and the team will advise you how to make a referral. You can also contact us via email on [email protected].
